If you are unable to travel due to covid-19, the related reasons are defined as: a) If Iceland is defined as a high-risk area by your home country. As of now Iceland is regarded a high- risk area in many countries, until further notice. b) If your home country is defined as a high-risk country by Icelandic authorities and you need to stay in quarantine on arrival in Iceland. c) If the Icelandic, or your home country's, borders are closed. d) If your flight to Iceland is cancelled and/or schedule changes affect your travel plans.
If you are unable to travel due to covid-19 related reasons these rules apply: A fee of 5% of the total amount is non-refundable. If you cancel the booking with less than 10 days to arrival-date there is 50% cancellation fee, if less than 3 days the fee is 75% and 100% if cancelled up on arrival.
You can use the 5% non-refundable deposit or other cancellation fees as payment on another booking made with us before April 2nd, 2023.

- Do you need a PCR test? Yes. You require a negative PCR test made within 72 hours as boarding an aircraft to Iceland.
