Day 1: Afternoon arrival + The world famous Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa - Reykjavik - Icelandic Cuisine at its best Upon arrival at Keflavik airport, you take a transfer to the Blue Lagoon where you can bathe in its rich mineral waters. Soothed and relaxed, head to Reykjavik and check in at your hotel. Enjoy the evening out in Reykjavik and dine in one of many excellent restaurants in the city. On a good night you will see the northern lights dance in sky... Day 2: The Golden Circle in a Super Truck + Reykjavik City Walk National Park (UNESCO) - Spouting Geysers - Majestic Waterfall - Reykjavik Discover three of the most outstanding attractions in the south of Iceland on a fully-guided 4x4 Super Truck excursion. The first stop is at Thingvellir National Park, then onward to the Gullfoss waterfall and the Geysir geothermal area. Possible to add on a snow and glacier activity. After the Super Truct Tour, take a walk through colorful Reykjavik along the harbor seafront where you can go for a Whale Watching tour or relax in one of the city’s many outdoor naturally heated swimming pools. There you can chat with the locals while relaxing in the geothermal mist. Day 3: Lava Tunnel Tour + Departure
Lava Tunnel Tour and departure After breakfast at your hotel, you will proceed outside of the city to Raufarholshellir Cave where you will join the guided tour of the lava tunnel. Explore one of the longest and best-known lava tubes in Iceland which provides a great opportunity to view all of the spectacular inner workings of a volcanic eruption! This year was formed by the Leitahraun eruption, which occurred east of the Bláfjöll Mountains approximately 5200 years ago. During the winter season incredible ice sculptures are formed at the entrance of the cave making the journey even more enjoyable! Once the lava tunnel tour has concluded, you will head back to your hotel to pick up your luggage and get ready to depart for Keflavik International Airport.
